What is Wasauna?

Wasauna Luxury Bathrooms is a Scottsdale, AZ based manufacturer of steam showers and other luxury bathroom fixtures. Wasauna is proud to manufacture the world's best and most popular steam showers. From the plush hotels of Rome and Macau to America's suburban single family homes, Wasauna's unique brand of steam showers have taken the world by storm. Our fiberglass-reinforced MaxLoad acrylic is stronger and more resilient than the material used by our competitors. Where other acrylic composites dull and streak with time, Wasauna's unique composition maintains its luster and sheen for decades. With up to 30 hydromassage jets, body-drenching ceiling rain, inline heater, foot massager, and stereo sound, Wasauna combines modern technology with ancient therapy. Water, heat, and steam now come to life in the comfort of your own home.

How is Wasauna different from other online shower vendors?

Wasauna is incredibly more than just a website. With headquarters and showroom in Phoenix (Scottsdale), Arizona, a staff of engineers and product designers, and a secondary office overseas, Wasauna has the manpower and talent to bring you the best-designed, most durable steam showers on the market today. The Wasauna difference has not gone unnoticed. From mainstream media like the Wall Street Journal and Arizona Republic, to industry publications such as Qualified Remodeler and Contractor Magazine, Wasauna is becoming a dominant brand in luxury baths. Our clients include celebrities, professional athletes, the US Navy, homebuilders, contractors, remodelers, and, of course, homeowners directly. From our Los Angeles, CA warehouse, we service all of North America using an efficient logistics system with two-man home delivery.

How difficult is installation?

Assembly and installation are relatively simple. We require all Wasauna products to be installed by licensed contractors. Qualified plumbers and electricians will find our products to be hassle-free installs with minimal labor required. In fact, homebuilders and remodeling professionals prefer our prefabricated shower systems to more traditional tiled-in, labor-intensive arrangements because the labor savings is huge. Quite often, this labor savings exceeds the cost of our product!

Will the product fit through doorways?

Absolutely. Wasauna systems, depending on the size, are generally packaged in multiple, sturdy boxes, providing safe transport and convenient dimensions for easy passing through standard doorways.

What is the warranty?

Wasauna shower systems come with a 5 year manufacturer's warranty. Our systems are modular, so in the rare event of a problematic jet or a stubborn control panel, the technical support department at our corporate office will happily send a replacement part by express mail.

What is the required water pressure?

Wasauna systems work with standard home water pressure. Unless you are experiencing low water pressure issues - which need to be fixed regardless - you should not have any difficulty operating your Wasauna shower.

How do shipping and delivery work?

Our showers are packaged using a combination of plastic wrapping, impact-absorbing foam, and commercial-grade heavy cardboard. In most instances, a two man team will deliver the boxes to your garage or doorstep.

What do I do if my shower has a problem?

In the rare instance of a product malfunction, call our technical support department immediately at (480) 344-5120. Or, send an email to technicalsupport@buyshower.com. We are here to help-whether it's the homeowner of contractor needing assistance.

Do you offer technical support?

Absolutely. Our in-house technical department is here to help homeowners and contractors alike during business hours. If a call is received after business hours, your voicemail will be returned the next business day. Email support is also available.

What payment methods do you accept?

Wasauna accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Google Checkout, direct Wire Transfer, direct deposit at any Bank of America, check by phone, and check by mail.

How does the plumbing work?

The showers connect to standard American plumbing and will work with the piping connected to your existing shower. Our showers use flex plumbing, which means the drain can be located anywhere underneath the shower, and the water source can be anywhere behind the shower.
