We ship our units to all 50 states, Canada, and Mexico. Our products
generally ship using a major shipping company such as BAX Global, Roadway
Freight, USFBestway, or similar company.
Upon arrival of shipment, all packages must be inspected for damages on site with the trucking company before the unit is signed for. If the package appears to be damaged, call our customer support center immediately for instructions. We can advise whether the visible damages to the crates are detrimental to the units. Once the unit is signed there is no way we can process the insurance claim with the Freight Company. In the event that the unit arrives damaged and the entire shipment or parts of the shipment is refused we will replace the unit/parts upon availability of replacement unit or parts that are damaged. Delivery is subject to delays caused by limited product availability or freight company problems.
